Admission shall be on a merit basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/UT administration and the University.  

A Candidate whose application form is filled with complete details with required documents will be eligible for the entrance test.

The Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor’s degree and/or in the Master’s degree in sciences/social sciences/humanities, Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in science and mathematics with 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the program.

(a). Science, Commerce & Arts Graduate & Post-Graduates.

(b). As per National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) norms, a candidate should have secured at least 45% marks (SC/ST) & 50% for general in the aggregate at the bachelors’ Degree Examination of a recognized University.
