Valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture or JEE paper II.

The institute is recognized by the Council of Architecture as a center for conducting NATA for admission to the course of Architecture all over India.

Eligibility Criteria

No candidate shall be admitted to an Architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with ether Chemistry or Biology Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (at least 40% marks in case of backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category).
OR Candidate Passing 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (at least 40% marks in case of backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability category).

The candidate should have passed the 10 + 2 (Std. XII) Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or equivalent

Govt. recognized technical diploma after (10 + 3) in any branch with 50 percent marks in aggregate with Mathematics as the subject of examination. 45% aggregate for the reserved category candidates from the state of Maharashtra, subject to qualifying the approved aptitude test (NATA).
