Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State), in the above Subjects taken together; OR Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State);
   2. CET with non-zero score conducted by the Competent Authority;
2. All India Candidature Candidates, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates
   1. The Candidate should be an Indian National; Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State) in the above subjects taken together; OR
   2. Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained atleast 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State);
   3. CET or JEE with non-zero score conducted by the Competent Authority
3. NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries and Foreign National Candidature Candidates.
   1. The candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies, and obtained at least 45 % marks in the above subjects taken together;

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
