Admission Details

Admission is based on merit computed on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination. University also conducts interviews of all applicants before admitting the eligible candidates.
Out of the total intake, 25% seats are allotted to students of Uttarakhand under the State Quota and the rest are open to students from all over India. In case the allotted percentage of seats of State Quota remains vacant, it will be filled by All India students.

Admission through on the basis of Entrance Exam /Merit.

Eligibility Criteria

10+2 / equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects with Mathematics or Biology from any recognized board.
Minimum 60% marks for general and 55% in case of SC/ST category.
Lateral Entry: Passed D.Pharm. programme from an institution approved by the Pharmacy Council of India under section 12 of the Pharmacy Act. The admission will be on the merit of D.Pharm. percentage.

The Candidates must have Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examinations with Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects along with Maths/Biology/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science. *Should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December of the year in which admission is taken
