The Admission Process is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State for the candidates from Maharashtra State. The candidate needs to qualify an aptitude test in architecture conducted either by NTA (i.e.JEE) or NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture; (iv) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act. 

Valid score at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture or JEE paper II. 

(i) The Candidate should be an Indian National.

(ii) The candidate should have passed an examination at the end of the 10+2 scheme of examination with at least 50 % (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50 % (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination.

(ii) The candidate should have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 50 % marks (at least 45% for candidates from Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in aggregate.

1. No candidate shall be admitted to an Architecture course unless she/he has passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with ether Chemistry or Biology Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (at least 40% marks in case of backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category).
2. OR Candidate Passing 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate (at least 40% marks in case of backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section, and Persons with Disability category).
