(1) For Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates, All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates. (i) The candidate should be an Indian National. 

(ii) Passed any graduation degree (e.g., B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc / B.Com. / B.A./ B.Voc./ BCA/BCS/BSc(Computer Science), etc. preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or Graduation level and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% in case of candidates of Reserved Categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category belonging to Maharashtra State) in the qualifying examination;

(iii) The candidate should have obtained a non-zero positive score in MAH-MCA-CET 2025. 

(2) NRI/OCI/PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, and Foreign National Candidature Candidates. –

 (i) Passed any graduation degree (e.g., B.E. / B.Tech./ B.Sc/ B.Com./ B.A./ B. Voc./ BCA, etc.,) preferably with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level and obtained at least 50% in the qualifying examination; 

(ii) Any other criterion declared from time to time by the appropriate authority as defined under the Act;  

The Candidate Passed BCA/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree. OR Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
