The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has been set up by the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD) to manage and regulate the joint seat allocation for admissions to 97 institutes for the academic year. This includes 23 IITs, 31 NITs, 23 IIITs and 20 Other-Government Funded Technical Institutes (Other-GFTIs). Admission to all the academic programs offered by these Institutes will be made through a single platform.

• The B.Arch eligibility is securing 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics as a compulsory subject. 
• Or
• 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by the Central/ State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.

Must have passed class XII (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects and secured at least 75% aggregate marks. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%
