    1st-year entry level: Madhyamic or Equivalent through JEXPO.

    2nd-year  lateral entry:  from vocational /ITI through VOCLET

    Through Counseling Quota:

    • Students will be allotted by the West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development according to counseling based on Rank of the entrance examination for Polytechnics (JEXPO)

    Through Management Quota:

    • a) Seats will be allotted to the candidates who have Technique Admission Test (TAT) – 2023 Rank with valid JEXPO’2023 Rank through Counseling according to the TAT merit list.
    • b) Vacant seats (if any, after counseling of TAT rank holders) will be filled by Spot-counseling.

    Passed 10th Std./ SSC examination. Obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination

    i) Through Counseling Quota (75% of Approved Intake)

    Eligibility: Passed / Appeared 10th standard with at least 35% marks in aggregate without the marks of the additional subject (without rounding up). Mathematics, Physical Science (Science), and English are mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination and a candidate must acquire at least pass marks in all three subjects as per his/her secondary board.

    ii) Through Management Quota (Direct admission) (25% of Approved Intake)(as per Guidelines given in last year's admission notification)

    Eligibility: Passed / Appeared 10th standard with at least 35% marks in aggregate without the marks of the additional subject (without rounding up).
