Admission is purely on merit and is subject to the availability of seats as per the directions issued by the University of Mumbai and the Government of Maharashtra from time to time. A transparent admission procedure is followed strictly based on the standard norms. Any modification in admission guidelines will be notified on the college notice board at the time of admission.

The Candidate must have passed the H.S.C (10+2) examination, conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, with a minimum of 45% marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University of Mumbai, with the minimum prescribed marks, is eligible for admission to the first year of the pre-law course. The above percentage shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to the reserved categories. Therefore, the minimum percentage, which a student from the Reserved Category requires, to be eligible for admission is 40%.

Any candidate who has passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C.) Examination (10+2 pattern) conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of Higher Secondary Education with a minimum of 45%, or any other examination recognized as equivalent by the University of Mumbai, is eligible for admission to the First Year BA.LL.B of the Five-Year Integrated Course.
