The Admission process for the Five years LL.B. degree course will be strictly through the Maharashtra State Common Entrance test only.  

Seeking admission to 3-year law course qualifications needed are only 12th and three-year graduation, with 12th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into a 3-year law course,

The qualifications of 10th, 12th (+2), and graduation may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).

And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for SC/ST category.

Any candidates passing the H.S.C. (10+2) examination conducted by the H.S.C.Board of Maharashtra with a Minimum of 45% marks or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the University of Mumbai with the minimum prescribed marks is eligible for admission to the first year of the prelaw course (five year degree course).
