For the current session, admission will be given as per the rules of CET Government of Maharashtra.

• This Direction shall be called, "Direction leading to the examination for the award of the Degree of Bachelor of Laws(5 years) (Semester Pattern) in the Faculty of Law, Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.
• The duration of the course shall be five academic years consisting of ten semesters with University examination at the end of each semester.
• An examination for each semester as specified in paragraph 2 above shall be held twice a year at such places and on such dates as may be fixed by the University.
• Subject to the compliance with the provisions of this direction and of other ordinances in force from time to time, the eligibility of an applicant for admission to the course shall be as under.

For B.A. LL.B. (5 years) after H.S.S.C (10 + 2), students Securing minimum 45% for general category & 40% for SC/St Category in H.S.S.C. are eligible for admission.
