• The student should have passed senior secondary school examination or an examination equivalent thereto, securing not less than 45% (40% in the case of SC/ST U.P. Domicile) in aggregate.
• The students should be appearing or have appeared for the annual examinations in March/April of the current academic year.

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% marks from a recognized board. They must have English as an optional subject in 12. There is no age limit for BA LLB in GGSIPU colleges as per the Bar Council of India.
