    Eligibility Criteria

    • Candidates who have passed the +2 Examination or its equivalent with 50% Average Marks in Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology / Biology / Mathematics.
    • For candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe, the minimum marks for admission shall be 40%.
    • Candidates with the Diploma in Pharmacy conducted by the Board of Examination of the Government of Tamilnadu or by any other state, recognized as equivalent to by the authority of the Tamilnadu Dr. MGR Medical University.

    Candidates belonging to all categories except Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes for admission to the B.Pharmacy course must have obtained individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Botany & Zoology or Mathematics both in theory and practical with a minimum of 35% marks. Not less than 40% aggregate marks in the above subjects are mandatory at the qualifying examination (Academic Stream) after 12 years of study i.e.10+2 pattern of education.

    Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes should possess not less than 35% aggregate marks.
