Admission will be made based on NATA Scores and the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination, i.e., Senior Secondary level or equivalent exams.

The admission to B. Arch. The program will based on the All India Rank prepared by CBSE in JEE Main (Paper – 2) examination and also the applicant must have declared eligible for Central Counselling by the CBSE. The admission to B.Arch. the program will be done through Joint Admission Counselling (jointly organized for DTU, NS U T, IIITD & IGDTUW). 85% of the total seats are reserved for applicants belonging to Delhi Region (Students passing the qualifying examination from recognized Board / College / Institution located within the NCT of Delhi) and 15% of the total seats for applicant s belonging to outside Delhi Region.

Candidate must possess 50% marks in aggregate at 10+2 level or equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level.
or
10+3 years Diploma recognized by the Central / State Governments with 50% aggregate marks.
or
International Baccalaureate Diploma, after 10 years of schooling, with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and with Mathematics as a compulsory subject of examination.

All candidates possessing any of the above qualifications and seeking admission to the B. Arch. The program must have a valid NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) score of 50%.

An n applicant passing any of the following examinations with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and also at least 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate and also qualify JEE main (Paper 2) examination shall be eligible for admission to B. Arch. Program.

• Senior School Certificate Examination (12 -year course) of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. OR 
• Indian School Certificate Examination (12 -year course) of the Council for Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi. OR 
• Any other examination recognized as equivalent to the Senior School Certificate Examination of the CBSE.
