Candidates who qualify in the examinations (Common Merit Rank) are eligible to take admission in the respective courses. Candidates outside the state of Bihar shall also be eligible for admission.

• A Candidate must appear for the entrance exam conducted for Diploma (Regular) by the BPTPIA (Bihar Private Technical & Professional Institutions Association).
• Candidates can fill up the registration form for appearing in the exam by visiting NSIT admission cell with the required documents.
• The BPTPIA exam is usually conducted between June & August; the exact date of the examination is informed via BPTPIA website and Institute’s website.
• A candidate must also have passed 10th Standard/SSC Examination and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination

A candidate who should have obtained at least 35% in the 10th Std / SSC examination shall be eligible for the course.
