• The candidate who has passed HSC or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with a minimum aggregate of 45% (OC), 40% (BC), 40% (MBC/DNC), and 40% (SC/ST) is eligible.

• Passed HSC (Vocational) with vocational subjects and Mathematics put together, with a minimum aggregate of 45% (OC), 40% (BC), 40% (MBC/DNC), and 40% (SC/ST), is eligible.

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE, New Delhi); National Institute of Open Schooling; Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board / University; High School Certificate Examination of the University of Cambridge or equivalent.
• Eligibility: minimum of 60% marks in MPC/BPC in 10+2 (Class XII) final or equivalent examination for admission into B.E/ B.Tech programs 2022.

Eligibility for Lateral Entry

Lateral Entry Admissions into various programs are as per the norms laid down by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu, and Anna University. The program is designed for candidates with a 3-year diploma in engineering (10+3 pattern) or an equivalent degree to get direct admission to the 2nd year B.E./B.Tech program.
