Admission is based on the inter se All-India merit rank of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2026

Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and a personal interview (PI).

Eligibility Criteria

A candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate Examinations (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with not less
than 45% aggregate marks. Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in May 2026 are also eligible to apply to the
Institute. However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.

The candidate must have minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks in any subject/stream of 10+2 examinations.
