Admissions to the Polytechnic (Diploma) programs are carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Government of Andhra Pradesh and the State Board of Technical Education and Training (SBTET), Andhra Pradesh.

• 70% of the sanctioned intake is filled through AP POLYCET counseling conducted by the Convener.
• 30% of the sanctioned intake is filled under the Management Quota (Category B) as per the prevailing Government norms

• POLYCET - Entrance exam after 10th class held by the State Board of Technical Education and Training in the month of April.
• POLYCET - Qualified eligible for scholarship. POLYCET - Non-qualified students are not eligible for scholarship.

The Candidate Passed the 10th Std./ SSC examination. Obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.

Any student who has completed his/her 10th class (CBSE, SSC, APOSS, NIOSS) with maths, physics, and chemistry as subjects in their Xth curriculum.
