Admission Details
Candidates should have a qualifying rank in either CET or COMED-K entrance test. CET will be conducted for the students of Karnataka by The Karnataka Examination Authority. Refer to the circular by the Government of Karnataka and KEA every year.
The students are admitted to the Oxford College of Engineering on KCET and COMED K entrance exam merit, as per the directives of the Government of Karnataka from time to time, both to the Government Quota and the Management Quota.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidate should have passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 45% of Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Electronics / Computer. (40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates).
Pass in PUC /10+2 or equivalent with physics & Mathematics along with Chemistry /biotechnology/computer science /Biology/Electronics with English as language having obtained an aggregate minimum of 45% marks and 40% in case of Karnataka SC/ST & OBCs and secured a rank in entrance test ( Entrance test not applicable to NRI/Foreigners.
