B.Tech admission policy and procedure shall be decided from time to time by the guidelines issued by the Government of Kerala and  AICTE.

Admission is prepared by the State Entrance Examination Commissioner by conducting an entrance test.

Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry as one of the optional subjects with at least 45% marks put together in the above subjects are eligible for Govt allotments and the marks in the qualifying examination subject to the relaxations allowed for backward classes and other communities as specified from time to time.

The candidate should have Plus two with mathematics, physics, and chemistry with a minimum of 50% marks.
