Admission into the first year of a four-year B.Tech. Degree program of study in Engineering: As per the existing stipulations of the A.P. State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Government of Andhra Pradesh, admissions are made into the first year of a B.Tech. degree program as per the following pattern.

• The Convener, EAMCET, will fill Category-A seats.

Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

The candidate seeking admission to B.Tech. The candidate shall have passed the Intermediate Examination of the AP State Intermediate Board of Education or an equivalent examination with Maths, Physics, and Chemistry as main subjects and must have secured a valid rank in the EAMCET Examination conducted by APSCHE.
