The admission requirements for all Indian students are set by the Government of Karnataka (GoK). Students are admitted to S.E.A-CET through entrance exams such as CET, COMED-K.

The student who has passed:

• 2nd PUC / 10+2 / Equivalent examination

• Physics & Mathematics compulsory

• One of the following: Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science / Electronics

• English mandatory

Minimum Aggregate Marks:

• 45% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (General Merit).

• 40% aggregate in PCM (SC/ST/OBC candidates of Karnataka).

• Must pass each subject individually.

10+2 (PHYSICS, MATHS & CHEMISTRY/ BIOLOGY/ BIOTECHNOLOGY/COMPUTER SCIENCE/ ELECTRONICS WITH MINIMUM OF 45% (GENERAL), 40% (SC,ST, CAT-1, IIA, IIB, IIIA & IIIB OF KARNATAKA).
