Admission Details
Admission to the B.A.M.S. program shall be based on the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET)
The admission shall be based on the NEET exam.
Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for the Bachelor course in Ayurveda is 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized Board. The duration of a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is five and half years, including a compulsory rotatory internship of one year.
The basic requirement for the eligibility to get the admission to the BAMS program is qualifying for the 12th Standard with science stream or any other equivalent examination recognized by the concerned state government and education boards, provided the candidates pass the examination with 50% aggregate marks in the subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology.
