Admissions to the Institute are made through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the Government of Telangana.
Admissions to B. Tech is done through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the State Government.
• 70 % of the seats are allotted based on merit in the EAMCET.
• 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates.
• In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B. Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the ECET, under the lateral entry scheme.
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) examination conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State or any other board recognized as equivalent with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
