• Admissions are made by the rules and guidelines prescribed by the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) and JNTUH. 
• 70 percent of seats are filled by the TSEAMCET Convener as per TS Government rules.
• 30 percent of seats are filled by the management only on a merit basis.

As per the state government rules 30% admissions are filled up by the management. The Convener through EAMCET Counseling will fill up the rest of 70% Merit quota.

The Candidate Passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Management Quota

The candidates should have at least 50% in 10+2 Examination in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry stream or 10+2 in a vocational computer course.

Merit Quota

The candidate should have a minimum pass in the 10+2 examination and should have qualified in the EAMCET conducted by the state government.
