    The selection is based on entrance exam KCET.

    Admission is based on the COMEDK UGET and KCET exams.

    Eligibility Criteria

    Student should have passed 2nd PUC /12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Biology as optional subjects with English as one of the languages of study and obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate in the optional subjects. In case of candidates belonging to Karnataka Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and other Backward Classes (Category I, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B), the minimum marks for the purpose of eligibility will be 40% of marks in aggregate in the optional subjects in the qualifying examination.

     The candidate must have passed PUC (Class 12) with at least 45% of the marks. The applicants must have studied Class 12 with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Computer Science as the main subjects.
