Eligibility for Category-A (Convener Seats) 

Intermediate (10+2) with M.P.C or its equivalent as main subjects, with minimum 45% of marks and qualifying the entrance exam EAPCET conducted by Board of Technical Education, A.P. The seat allotment is made by the Convener, EAPCET as per the stipulated rules of A.P. State Government 

Eligibility for Category-B (Management Seats)

Category-B seats will be filled by the Management as per the norms stipulated by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

Eligibility for Second Year of Four year B.Tech.-Lateral entry: 

Diploma with minimum 45% of marks and qualifying the entrance exam ECET conducted by the State Board of Technical Education, A.P. The seats allotment will be made by the Convener, ECET as per the stipulated rules of A.P. State Government

Eligibility for B.Tech 1st Year Courses

• A Candidate should be  Pass in HSE (academic stream) /CBSE/Pre-degree/Plus 2 equivalent school study with minimum eligibility in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (Or).
• Pass in HSC (vocational stream) with Engineering / Technology as vocational subjects and any 1 or 2 of the related subjects like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry (Or).
• Any equivalent qualification approved and recognized by the State Board of Technical Education and Training / Higher Secondary Board of Andhra Pradesh and Universities in Andhra Pradesh.
• OC 50%, BC 45, MBC/DNC 40 Aggregate in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. 
• SC/ST - mere pass

Lateral Entry for Direct B.Tech 2nd Year Courses

• A Pass in 3-year Diploma courses conducted by Andhra Pradesh State Board of Technical Education or equivalent recognized by the board in a pre-final / final semester of study.
• OC 50%, BC 45, MBC/DNC 40 Aggregate V & VI semester put together.
• SC/ST - mere pass
