Admission Details
Admissions to B. Tech is done through a common entrance test (EAMCET) conducted by the State Government.
• 70 % of the seats are allotted based on merit in the EAMCET.
• 30 % of the seats are earmarked for Management/NRI candidates.
• In addition to the above, Diploma holders are admitted in the second year of B. Tech to the extent of 20% of intake based on the merit in the ECET, under the lateral entry scheme.
Category ‘A’: The admissions into A Category are made by Govt. of Telangana through Centralized Counseling. The students have to qualify in the Intermediate or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% and must qualify TS EAMCET exam conducted by Govt. of Telangana. The admissions will be made through web counseling.
Category ‘B’: The admissions into the ‘B’ category will be made by the management of the College based on the merit in TS EAMCET / Intermediate Marks.
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the B. Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the board of Intermediate education, or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.
The students have to qualify in the Intermediate or equivalent exam with a minimum of 45% from any recognized board.
