The candidates will be admitted by EAMCET Convener strictly by the rank secured at the Entrance Examination and keeping the rules applicable in view, regarding the reservation of seats of various categories of candidates.

A-Category (Convener Quota)

70% of the seats are filled by the Convener, EAMCET under category A. Detailed notifications are issued by the State Council for Higher Education to attend certificate verification and exercise web options. Final allotments are announced through the portal to both candidates and the respective colleges. Candidates need to report to the college within the dates specified. All the students who are eligible for fee reimbursement have to submit relevant documents during web counseling. Reimbursement is subject to the government policies, eligibility criteria, and submission of relevant documents in time.

B-Category (Management Quota)

30% of the seats are filled by the college under category B as per the guidelines given by the competent authority.

• A student must have passed the Intermediate Examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Telangana, with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized by the Government of Telangana as its equivalent
• All the eligible candidates for admission into the First Year shall have to qualify in the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Government of Telangana

Candidates should have passed or appeared in the 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as main subjects.

Alternatively, candidates who have completed a diploma in engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training or equivalent are eligible.
