All the eligible candidates for admission into First Year shall have to qualify in the State through a common entrance test EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of Telangana.  

• Admission to the undergraduate (UG) program is through the entrance exams conducted at a national level (JEE) and state level (EAMCET).

The minimum qualification for admission to the first year of the B.Tech course is a pass in the Intermediate (10 + 2) conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Govt. of Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent to with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.

Lateral Entry Admissions:

• Students of the Diploma stream are admitted at the second year level of the four-year bachelor's degree programme (B.Tech) to the extent of 10% of intake based on merit in the Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET), under the lateral entry scheme conducted by the Government of Telangana.

The students must have Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as the subjects in the Intermediate (10 + 2) or Class 12.
