OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category), subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

Pass in the Pre-University (or+2) examination with 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Maths and Chemistry (or Biology/Computer Science/Electronics/Bio-Technology). For SC/ST/Cat-1/OBC reservation candidates 40%.
