The students seeking admission to the first year BE Degree course in HKBK College of Engineering, Bangalore shall appear in the Competitive entrance test conducted by the concerned authorities as per the approval of the college from time to time. Merit Admissions will be done as per the merit list published by the concerned authorities
Management- The selection process will be purely based on academic merit and aptitude of the student.
Students who have appeared for any competitive entrance exams and have scored 70% and above can apply (CET and COMED-K Entrance Test for BE students.
Eligibility Criteria
Passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.
