Admission based on JEE Main entrance exam.

The Government of Haryana policy for admission is such that 75% of the total seats sanctioned will be filled by the Haryana State Technical Education Society on the basis of Inter Se Merit of JEE through “Line” off-campus basis as per the reservation policy of the Government of Haryana. The remaining 25% seats (Including 15% NRI seats) will be filled by the Institute itself.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 45% marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) in 10+2 from a recognized board
42.75% for SC candidates (Haryana domicile as per norms)
Physics and Mathematics compulsory along with one subject from Chemistry / Computer Science / Biotechnology / Biology /
Technical Vocational

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics/ Mathematics and any one out of the following courses Chemistry/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Information Technology/ Biology/ Informatics Practices/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies Studies/Entrepreneurship. Obtained at least 45% marks (42.75% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category of Haryana Only) in the above subjects taken together.
