The Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non-zero scores in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

The Candidate should have obtained a valid (i.e. non-zero) score in CET-Main(**depending on the guidelines on the conduction of MHTCET by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, Mumbai).

1. The Candidate should be an Indian National
2. Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and The Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero scores in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.

   Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
   Or
   Passed B.Sc. Degree from a Recognised University as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only)
3. Should have obtained a Merit Number allotted through the Centralised Admission Process conducted by the Competent Authority.

• Candidate should have passed the HSC (Std. XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) form of a recognized Council or Board like ICSE, CBSE, etc. from a recognized Institution located in the State of Maharashtra.
• Secured minimum 50% marks, i.e. 150 out of 300 in the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics added together at HSC (std.XII) in one sitting. In the case of candidates of Backward class categories and persons with disabilities belonging only to Maharashtra State, the minimum requirement is 45% marks, i.e. 135 out of 300.
