Regular: The College is affiliated to JNTUK, Kakinada. The student admissions are governed by the rules and regulations of APSCHE. The student admissions are based on the rank obtained in EAMCET for B.Tech.

Lateral Entry: 10% of students (additional intake) are allotted for students who complete three years diploma to join in the 2nd year B.Tech program. The admissions are governed by the rules and regulations of APSCHE and ECET.

Management: 30% of the sanctioned intake is being filled through ‘B’ category admissions with the eligibility criteria laid down by the Govt.

A candidate for admission to two years B.Ed. The course has to qualify for the B.Ed. Common Entrance Test (EDCET) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Government of Andhra Pradesh for that academic year. The candidates shall be given admission strictly by the merit secured at the entrance examination, keeping in view the rules in force concerning the statutory reservation of seats under various categories of candidates.

The Candidate should passed 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies. Obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the above subjects taken together. OR Passed Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) subject to vacancies in the First Year, in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted.

The candidate appeared at the Entrance test/ admit subject as his eligibility. 

Pedagogy 2 – select of student teachers shall be based on group subjects in the qualifying degree course. 

In the case of BCA, BBM, and B.TECH candidates, the selection of pedagogy subjects shall be based on their Intermediate Level (10+2). No candidate is allowed to select two language methods
