    Admission based on Engineering entrance exam. MHT CTE / JEE Main.

    Admission is based on the JEE, MHT-CET, and NEET Entrance Exams.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • The Candidate must be Indian National
    • Passed the 10+2 examination with any three of the following subjects : Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Electronics, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational subject, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, Business Studies, or Enterpreneurship, and obtained at least 45% marks (40% for candidates from reserved categories) in the above subjects taken together.

    OR

    • Passed a minimum 3-year Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to reserved categories), subject to the availability of vacancies in the first Year, If the vacancies at the lateral entry are exhausted, the universities will offer suitable bridge courses such as  Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing, etc., to the students from diverse backgrounds to achieve the desired learning outcomes of the program. Additionally, the candidate should have appeared for the subject in JEE/MHT -CET/PERA-CET and should have obtained a non zero score.

    • Passed the international Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with a minimum score of 24 Credits.

    • Passed a B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for backward class categories and Persons with Disability Candidates)

    (iii)Should have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with the Mathematics or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies or Electronics or Entrepreneurship as one of the subject and obtained at least forty five per cent marks (at least forty per cent marks, in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to the Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together and the candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in MHT-CET and obtained non zero score in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) MHT-CET conducted by the Competent Authority is eligible for admission to any of the following Courses under major disciplines declared by concerned Appropriate Authority or All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), namely:-

     (a)Agriculture Engineering;

    (b)Biotechnology; 

    (c)Food Engineering; 

    (d)Leather Technology;

    (e)Packaging Technology; 

    (f) Pharmaceutical Engineering; 

    (g)Printing Engineering; 

    (h)Fashion Technology; or 

    (i) Textile Chemistry;

    (iv) Should have passed minimum three years Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least forty five per cent marks (at least forty per cent marks, in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to the Maharashtra State only) ; or (v) Passed three years Diploma of Vocation (D.Voc.) stream in the same or allied sector; 

    (2) All India Candidature Candidates, Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir and Union Territory of Ladakh Migrant Candidature Candidates.- 

    The candidate,-

    (i) should be a citizen of India ;

    (a)Agriculture Engineering; 

    (b)Biotechnology; 

    (c)Food Engineering; 

    (d)Leather Technology;

    (f) Pharmaceutical Engineering; 

    (g)Printing Engineering; 

    (h)Fashion Technology; or 

    (i) Textile Chemistry: 

    Provided that, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining a non-zero positive score in Joint Entrance Test (JEE) (Main) Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) or National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) over the candidates who obtained a non-zero score in MHT-CET 2025; 

    or

    (iv) The candidate should have passed a minimum three-year Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least forty-five per cent marks (at least forty per cent marks, in case of Reserved categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) ; 

    or
