The candidates should have passed (pass mark is 80 out of 200) the National Aptitude Test in Architecture conducted by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.

The students need to appear for the National Aptitude Test for Architecture(NATA) / TN-NATA.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.

OC candidates should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.
BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.

Diploma:

The candidate who have passed the 10+3 Diploma (any stream) recognized by Central / State Governments.
OC candidates should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.
BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.

International Baccalaureate Diploma:

The candidates who have passed the International Baccalaureate Diploma after 10 years of schooling, with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
OC candidates should have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.
BC / BCM / MBC & DNC / SC / SCA / ST candidates should have secured not less than 45% marks in aggregate in all the semesters put together.

Candidates seeking admission to the first semester of the ten-semester B. Arch Degree Program Should have passed the Higher Secondary Examinations of (10+2) Curriculum (Academic Stream) prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as three of the four subjects of study under Part-III with at least 45 percent aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and also at least 45 percent marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination or any examination of any other University or authority accepted by the Syndicate of Anna University as equivalent thereto.

Should have passed the 10+3 Diploma Examination recognized by the Central / State Government with Mathematics as a compulsory subject with at least 45 percent marks in aggregate. Notwithstanding the qualifying examinations the candidate shall have passed, he/she shall pass an aptitude test (NATA) as specified by the Council of Architecture in the Minimum Standards of Architectural Education and Regulations.
