Open / Management Quota: Admissions under the Management Quota to KCT Business School are made purely on merit.

Government Quota: Admissions to the Government Quota are handled by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu. Students who would like to join KCT.BS in the government quota will have to take Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) which is conducted by Anna University, Chennai.

• A valid test score in any of the commonly recognized Management Admission Tests like MAT, CMAT, TANCET, etc. (Candidates without a valid test score can also apply. They would be allowed to participate in the admissions process, but their final selection would be subject to their producing a valid test score in the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by the Association of Self-Financing Arts, Science & Management Colleges of Tamil Nadu (ASFASMTN).

A bachelor’s degree in Arts / Commerce / Science (3 years program) or Engineering / Technology (4 years program) awarded by any recognized Indian University / AICTE with 60% of marks is eligible for the MBA program.

 You can apply while you are in your final year of graduation. If you do get through the selection process, you will be given provisional admission on the condition that you provide your mark sheet and a certificate of passing by a certain date. 

• A degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks in the
  aggregate (45% for candidates belonging to reserved categories)
• Candidates seeking admission to the MBA Programme are required to register online or can visit the college and receive the application in person.
• Admission is made purely based on merit, subject to the rules of reservation of the Government of Tamil Nadu and Bharathiar University.
• Admission is given on the clear mandate that those admitted will abide by all the rules (framed by the college or the university) that exist at the time of admission as well as those that may come into effect at a later date.
