Admission will be based on the scores of TANCET to be conducted by Anna University. 

The candidates have to apply separately for appearing for the TANCET. The scores of AIMCET/ CET (for Management seats) are also acceptable.

• The candidates should have passed any recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 school level or at graduate level.
• Recognized Bachelor's Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at graduate level.
• Obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) at the qualifying examination.

The candidate has passed BCA/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent Degree. OR Passed B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge Courses as per the norms of the concerned University). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.
