The admission is based on a Common Entrance Examination and Counseling conducted by the West Bengal Joint Entrance Board (JENPUS-UG) for the Joint Entrance Test for Nursing, Paramedical, and Allied Science Undergraduate Courses.

Should have completed 17 years of age and not exceeding 28 years on or before 31^st December of the year of admission. Passed two-year pre-university examination with physics, chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General candidates and 40% or more aggregate marks for ST/SC and physically challenged candidates. A domicile certificate of continuous 5 years' stay in West Bengal on the date of application. Should be medically fit.

The Candidates 10+2 classes passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent boards.
