Admission process for the first year of the Five Year Law Course start as per schedule declared by CET Cell.

While preparing the merit list, the merit marks shall be calculated based on 55% of the total marks obtained in the applicable Law Entrance Test, 2024, and 45% of the total marks obtained in the Qualifying Examination.

Maharashtra State Candidature Candidates:

1. The candidate should be an Indian National.

2. The candidates passing SSC and HSC Examination from a recognized institution in Maharashtra State or the candidates passing equivalent examination (such as 11+1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate Course) from a recognized Board/University of India or outside or from Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government, which is in Maharashtra with at least 45% marks in aggregate and 40% marks in aggregate in case of SC and STapplicantsfrom the State of Maharashtra.

All India Candidature Candidates:

1. The candidate should be an Indian National.

2. The candidates passing SSC and HSC Examination from a recognized institution or the candidates passing equivalent examination (such as 11+1, A level in Senior Secondary School Leaving Certificate Course) from a recognized Board/University of India or outside or from Secondary Board or equivalent, constituted or recognized by the Union or by a State Government, with at least 45% marks in aggregate.

To be eligible for admission to the First Semester of 5 Year Integrated Program [(B.A.LL.B./BB.A.LL.B (Hons.))] the aspirant must have passed/ completed the H.S.C (10+2) Examination conducted by Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent qualification, with a minimum percentage of marks not below 45% in case of General Category applicants, 42% in case of SEBC/OBC category and 40% in case of SC and ST applicants.
