Candidate must have appeared/passed the Maharashtra State COMMON ENTRANCE TEST Examination conducted by "THE COMMISSIONER, STATE CET CELL, GOVERNMENT OF MAHARASHTRA".

A candidate passing the MH-CET examination and the Graduation Examination of the Mumbai University, in any faculty, with a minimum of 45% marks or a corresponding degree examination of any other University recognized as equivalent thereto by Mumbai University with the minimum prescribed marks is eligible for admission to the First Year LL.B.

The minimum educational qualification for LL.B. three-year programmes is a Bachelor's DEGREE (10+2+3)with a minimum 45% of Marks for general Category candidates and 40% in case of reserved category in any stream from a university recognised by UGC.
