The candidate should be a quality NEET UG.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed in 2nd PUC / 12th Std / Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and obtained a Minimum of 50% of Marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, Biology subjects. (*40% for SC, ST, Cat-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category candidates)
The candidate must have declared qualified in UGNEET for that particular year. Admission to the BDS program is strictly through Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) allotment, based on NEET merit and seat allocation by the KEA.

The candidate should be 17 years old on or before 31st December of the year of admission and should qualify for NEET UG as per the applicable category. The candidate should have passed 10+2 before 1st October of the year of admission and should have passed 10+2 in subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of PCM.
