Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have qualified in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test NEET-UG conducted by the National Testing Agency, New Delhi. Candidates should have obtained the minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying examination as per the Dental Council of India norms. For all other eligibility conditions, the Dental Council of India website may be referred to.
A candidate for admission to the MDS course (Master of Dental Surgery) must have a degree of BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from an Indian University or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Dental Council of India. Candidate not possessing a recognized Dental qualification for the above purpose should secure the prior approval of his qualifications by the Dental Council of India before he can be admitted to the MDS course of any University in India.
