Admission to the M.B.A. (Pharm.) programme will be based on the combined merit obtained by a candidate in the entrance examination, group discussion, an interview. Admissions of students in NIPER-Hyderabad is through a JEE (Joint Entrance Exam) organized and conducted by NIPERs.

The  Admission through the NMAT by GMACTM Test for all the NMIMS applicants will be submitted by GMAC electronically to NMIMS (Deemed to-be-University).

The candidate should have valid GPAT Score and passed the B.Pharm.; B.Tech (Chemical Engg. or equivalent); M.Sc. (Chemical /Life
Sciences) degree with a minimum of 60%
marks in aggregate or CGPA of 6.75 on a 10 point scale wherever grades are awarded or equivalent.

Relaxation in CGPA to 6.25on a10‐point scale or in marks to 55% or equivalent in the eligibility
criteria are allowed to SC and ST candidates.

Physically handicapped (PH) candidates are permitted relaxation in eligibility requirement of CGPA to
5.75 on a 10‐point scale or to 50% marks or equivalent. No other relaxation beyond this will be
allowed even if they belong to SC/ST category.

The selection process is separate (Mumbai Campus)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm), BDS, BHMS, BAMS, Biochemistry , Biotechnology, MBBS, Microbiology from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks in the aggregate (all the subjects for which the candidate has taken & appeared). Candidates working in Pharmaceutical Companies or with work experience in the healthcare sector can also apply subject to meeting the above qualification criteria.
