All India Common Entrance Test for the selection to undergraduate courses in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) will be conducted by the Admission Committee. The entrance test hereinafter will be referred to as PIMS-AICET-ASUG.

• Candidate should be either of 17 years of age or attain this age as on 31st December of the Academic year in which admission is sought.
• Candidate must have passed qualifying examination i.e. HSC (or equivalent) examination with the subject Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
• Candidate belonging to general category must have passed in the subjects of Physics,Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC ( or equivalent) examination.
• Candidate belonging to backward classes (SC/ST/NT/OBC) must have passed in the subjects of Physics,Chemistry, Biology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum 40% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) examination.
• Candidate belonging to general category should obtain minimum 45% marks in CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by this Deemed University. However, admission will be on the basis of merit.
• Candidate belonging to backward classes should obtain minimum 40% marks in CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by this Deemed University. However, admission will be on the basis of merit.
• Candidate shall be Medially Fit. 

• Have attained or shall attain the age of 17 years on 31st December, of the year in which admission is sought.
• Have passed 10th + 2 classes with science (PCB) with an aggregate of 45% marks for the open category and 40% marks for the reserved category, and have passed separately in the English language.
• Have appeared for the recent Maharashtra Nursing CET exam.
• Be physically and mentally fit.
