Admission Details

The students will be assessed on their design skills, creative aptitude, and passion for design, which will help us determine the final selection. The entrance process includes the following stages:

1. Creative Intelligence Test (CIT) - 45 minutes
2. Design Impromptu Test (DIT) - 45 minutes
3. Personal Interview - 20 minutes (Applicants may present their portfolio during this round)

The process of selection criteria for students interested in pursuing B.Des. (Interior and Retail Space Design) offered by UPES is based on the individual's performance in the National Level Exams (NID/NIFT/UCEED/JEE Mains)/ UPESDAT/ Board Merit/ CUET followed by Portfolio Presentation & Interview Round.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognized university/board from any stream (arts, commerce, science).

The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Des. (Interior and Retail Space Design) to be fulfilled by interested students is as follows: Minimum 50% marks in class X and XII (any stream).
