The student should have passed the Graduate (3-year degree) with a minimum of 45% marks for open category 40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.   However, the University shall hold the entrance test (Online) for admission of the candidates who have secured 40% &  above marks in the qualifying exams on request from the Principal of the College. SC/ST candidates shall be eligible for a relaxation of 5% marks for the entrance test also.

• Persons who have passed any Degree Examination of Amravati University or an Examination recognized as equivalent thereto.
• The minimum percentage of marks required in the qualifying Examination for admission in the above course should be 45% and for SC/ST 40%.
• Preference in all respect will be given to the students of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. That the applicant for admission to LL.B. Course who have less than 45% Marks at Bachelor Degree Level, but above 40% at degree level can be considered for Admission to LL.B. 1st
