    • For Admission under 75% of allotted seats, the application form issued by the Haryana State Counseling Society, Panchkula, shall be submitted to the HSCS through various government departments.
    • For admission to 25% of the institutional seats in all the above-mentioned courses, the eligibility conditions shall be the same as prescribed by the Haryana State Counseling Society, Panchkula, on behalf of the Government of Haryana.     Eligibility Criteria

    The Candidate must have passed 10+2 (Medical/Non-Medical) passed from BSEH and/or any other recognized board of India.

    Passed from a recognized Board/University in any of the following examinations with a pass in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/ Mathematics:

    Intermediate science examination:

    • The first year of the three-year degree courses in science.
    • Regular 10+2 examination only in the science academic stream.
    • 12 years Higher Secondary Education Board Exam (Science academic stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology) of the Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal.
    • Pre-degree exam.,
    • Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
