Admissions to the Pharm.D program are based on the rank secured in the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad's Engineering, Agriculture & pharmacy common entrance test (EAPCET).  

The qualification required is 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects, with any of the Mathematics or Biology subjects.

• Higher Secondary Examination of (10 + 2) Curriculum (Academic Stream) prescribed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh with MPC/ BiPC.
• Any examination of any other University or authority accepted by the AU as equivalent thereto.
• The candidates who possess the Diploma in Pharmacy awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, are eligible for admission to the II year 1^st semester of the B.Pharm Degree Programs in affiliated colleges through a lateral entry system.
• The eligibility criteria such as marks, number of attempts physical fitness and the mode of admission shall be as prescribed by the University from time to time.
